Karl Suss SB6 VAC Wafer Bonder w/ Varian Turbo-V70 Vacuum Pump + Control

This Karl Suss SB6 VAC Wafer Bonder looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.

Among other things, it features a Bertan 206B High Voltage Power Supply, a Balzers SingleGauge Vacuum Gauge, and a Varian Turbo-V70 Turbo Pump (969-9361) and Controller, as shown.

Unfortunately, it is missing the computer, so we have no way of testing this system, and it is being sold as-is.

I loosened all of the bolts to the vacuum chamber, but I was unable to get it open.
