K&S 1484 Automatic Wire Bonders

Purchased these 2 machines together from National Semiconductor in late 2009.  We then spent around $25k total refurbishing the 2 machines.  Many of the control boards were replaced or repaired.  These machines are the LXQ models which have the upgraded side loading and unloading pieces (we never used these). One of the machines is in great working order. The second machine was working until late 2012, we think a video board needs to be replaced. Both machines will be sold with no warranty, AS-IS.  Equipment was very well looked after. Complete manual and both operating system disks are included.  Lots of spare parts and capillaries are inside the drawers (unknown condition). Both units include Olympus microscopes.
