1997 Ontrak DSS-200

For DSS-200 Ontrak cleaner, It is configured for 8" wafer application.

Originally, it comes with one LPT 2200 at load side, and one LPT 2200 at unload side to the tool.

However, the seller took it off and it is now without the the LPT auto loader.

The tool is in working condition
