This Mech-El MEI Marpet 1204B Manual Gold Ball Wire Bonder looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.

It comes with a B&L SZ4 Microscope, a Uthe 10G Ultrasonic Generator, a Uthe 288-1 Negative EFO Controller, a Heated Workholder, and a Fiber Optic Specialties Illuminator, as shown.

Consumables (wire and capillaries) are not included. A list of vendors can be provided upon purchase.

We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs. 

We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to the 48 contiguous US States only. If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is. 

We recommend having this bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
