Dr. Tresky AG RESKY-3000 Component Placer Pick n Place Epoxy Die Bonder

This Dr. Tresky AG TRESKY-3000 Component Placer Pick n Place Epoxy Die Bonder looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. 

It powers up, and the digital displays are bright and clear, and it responds to input from the controls.

However, this is the extent of my testing of this system, and it is being sold as-is.

It comes with an Olympus SZ30 Stereo Zoom Microscope, as shown. 

We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
