AEM Veeco Atomic Force Microscope System APEM-1000 AP-0100 OPTEM 28-21-10 M

This AEM Veeco Microscope System was removed from a university laboratory where it was surplus to requirements.

All units are in very good, used cosmetic condition.

Everything powers up and the PC has been inspected for software.

The PC has had a new power supply fitted. We have also installed a new BIOS battery and switched off the BIOS hardware monitoring.

The PC has ProScan 1.9.00 installed and we have initialised the system fully connected. We were able to adjust the motorised stage via the software.

The system appears to be fully working.

The system consists of:

1 x Veeco PC with keyboard and mouse.

It is fitted with all the interface cards for the system.

1 x Veeco AEM Controller.

AutoProbe Electronics Module.

APEM-1000.

Fitted with interface cards.

1 x AutoProbe CP Base Unit.

AP-0100.

The unit comes with a Black Aluminium stand/base.

1 x Veeco Black Microscope Head.

Fitted with 1 x Objective:

OPTEM 28-21-10 M PLAN APO 10x

Also fitted with a bulb that works as it should.

Also comes with all the connection cables and some extra parts.
