Heidelberg DWL200 direct laser writing system

For sale is a Heidelberg instruments DWL200 direct laser writing system, which is mainly been used for photomask fabrication. The machine has served its owner very well for many years. It is still up and running and was used latest last month. The machine has a loading robot, the robotics handles 3 to 8 inch masks. The DWL also handles wafers, 3-inch, 100- and 150-mm, and is thus set-up for direct writing

The working laser is approaching 5000 h. It will come with a spare laser as well.

It is vintage 2007.
