The lead screw pitch on the stage is 2TPI (turns per inch) This is what dictates the maximum speed, repeatability, and encoder resolution. These motors turn about 1 revolution per second.  So In this case the max speed is around 13mm per second, the encoder resolution is 4.4nm, and the bidirectional repeatability specification is 1.5um RMS or better.
