Both system have Capacity: 1.5-2.5 tons mechanical press / Window operating system

2018 and 2017 vintage. 

Process flow:

Section 1: Load

Section 2: Trim 

Section 3: Forming 

Section 4: Singulation

Section 5: Receive

Trimming: Gate Runn, Air Vented, Dambar and Lead lengths cutting, using punching method.

                    Cutting Dambars with short the leads together

Forming: Forming of leads unto the correct shape and position

Singulation: Cutting of Tie Bars that attached to individual units to the lead frame resulting in individual separation of each unit from lead-frame
