CHA Industries SEC-1000 RAP, ELECTRON BEAM EVAPORATOR

The three evaporators are in excellent condition. They were all recently upgraded to Temescal power supplies and controllers. The three are configured as follows:

6 pocket with 25cc crucibles that they used for gold deposition

4 pocket with 40cc crucibles that they used for Al, Ti and TiW

6 pocket with 25cc crucibles they used for silver, Ti, Ni,Al

They are still installed in the fab, so you can deinstall or we can hire someone to de-install, rig and crate.
