This West-Bond 7476B is a Two-Way Convertible 45° Wire Feed Wedge / 90° Wire & Ribbon Feed Wedge Wire Bonder (s/n 12723), which is currently set up with the Wedge Bond Head with 90° Feed Deep Access Clamps, making it a 7600B (the machine displays "7400B Version 1.00" on power up, but also shows it is set up for 90° Feed). 

We do not currently have the 45° head/clamps for it.

It comes with a Nikon SMZ-2B Microscope with 15X Eyepieces, as shown.

It comes with a heated workholder and digital temperature controller, although the ones shown may not be the exact ones you receive.

It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear.

We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go through the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs.
