West-Bond 7400A Ultrasonic 45° Feed Wedge Wire Bonder (refurbished)

This West-bond 7400A Manual Ultrasonic/Thermosonic 45° Feed Wedge-Wedge Wire Bonder (s/n 6247) with tool heat looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. 

As you can see by the nameplate on the back, this system was originally a 7416A Thermocompression Wedge Bonder, but it has been converted to a 7400A Thermosonic Wedge Bonder.

We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs. The discolored front overlays will be replaced during refurbishment.

It comes with everything shown, including an Ultrasonic Generator, a B&L SZ4 StereoZoom 4 Microscope (0.7X to 3.0X) with eyepieces, and a Heated Workholder with Temperature Controller, as shown (the microscope, generator and workholder/controller shown in the photos above are not necessarily the exact ones you will receive; they are shown merely to represent what a complete system will look like). 

Consumables (wire and wedges) are NOT included.

We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
