West-Bond 7367A Eutectic Tweezer Bonder w/ Workholder & Controller

This West-Bond 7367A Eutectic Tweezer Bonder, Workholder and Digital Controller looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.

We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs. 

It comes with everything shown, including a B&L SZ4 StereoZoom 4 Microscope (0.7X to 3.0X) with eyepieces, and a Heated Workholder with Temperature Controller, as shown.

A custom workholder attachment is also included (the workholder and bonder are shown in the pictures above with and without this assembly installed), but this is not a standard West-Bond attachment.

Consumables are not included.

We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
