Thermionics TLI HM² HYDRA e-Gun System Conflat Multi-Port Vacuum Chamber

This Thermionics TLI HM² HYDRA e-Gun System Conflat Multi-Port Vacuum Chamber looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.

Most of the non-connected flanges are covered with plastic caps, or aluminum foil, or they still have the copper gaskets stuck to them.

I did not examine every flange's Conflat knife edge, but all of the ones I did look at appeared to be in good shape, except one of the 10" Conflat flanges, which has a couple dents (please see additional picture links below).

The main chamber appears to be about 46 inches high, with an outer diameter of about 18-inches. The large top and side flanges appear to be 20"OD and 16"OD ISO flanges respectively, but I'm not completely sure.

If I counted correctly, the main chamber body features one 14" CF flange, two 10" CF flanges, three 8" CF flanges (capped with Blanks), six 6" CF flanges (one capped with a Viewport), nine 4.5" CF flanges, twelve 2.75" CF flanges, seven 1.33" CF flanges, a 7" x 11" Rectangular Flange with 6" CF Adapter (capped with Blank), and a 3" x 5.5" Rectangular Flange (capped with Blank).

There side-mounted Adapter Flange, which features one 8" CF flange, one 6" CF flange, one 4.5" CF flange, and two 2.75" CF flanges.

The e-Gun assembly feature eight 2.75" CF ports, six with 2-pin Feedthroughs, and two with 20-pin Connector Feedthroughs.

The chamber is crowned with an adapter flange which is about 9 inches high, featuring one 13.25" CF Flange (capped with a 13.25" CF x 2.75" CF Reducer), and sixteen 2.75" CF Ports.

I have no way of testing this system, or any of its components, and it is being sold as-is.

Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 45"L x 61"W x 97"H.

Due to the size of this system, a custom pallet will be required to ship it, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
