This Physical Electronics Ion Gun Reactor Multi-Port Conflat Vacuum Chamber looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.

Among other things, it features a massive Perkin-Elmer Ultek D-I Pump, a Precision Electron Energy Analyzer Assembly (15-225G, with Deflection connector), an MDC GV-4000M-P (303004) Gate Valve, a Perkin-Elmer Physical Electronics Division 04-303 Differential Ion Gun head with 4.5" CF Flange (not installed), and a Physical Electronics Industries 04-303 Sputter Ion Gun head (installed), as shown.

The main body of the chamber appears to feature nine 2.75" CF flanges, two 4.5" CF flanges, one 6" CF flange (on top), and four 8" CF flanges.

These items look to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.

However, I have no way of testing any of these items, and they are being sold as-is.
