West-Bond 7367B Eutectic Tweezer Bonder w/ Workholder & Controller

This West-Bond 7367B Eutectic Tweezer Bonder looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.

We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs. 

It comes with everything shown, including a B&L SZ4 StereoZoom 4 Microscope (0.7X to 3.0X) with eyepieces, and a Heated Workholder with Temperature Controller, as shown.

Consumables are not included.

We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to the 48 contiguous US States only. If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is. 

We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
