2018 DNS CW-2000- 2 Available

These are both 200mm, 2018 vintage and in excellent condition. 

They were fully operational prior to deinstall a couple of months ago. 

Both tools have the same configuration. 

They have 6 process stations. 

Stations 2 and 3 are labeled a. ACT 930 and b. QDR.  

ACT 930 solvent is used to remove etch residue and pos PR. 

QDR is Quick Dump Rinse. 

Stations 4 and 5 are labeled a. IPA and b. QDR. 

Station 6 is labeled DIS which stands for Drain IPA Substitution which is SCREENs version of a Marangoni dryer. 

It appears this is a solvent tool which the previous owner used to clean aluminum after each metal deposition layer. 

The system comes with Kaijo Quava Megasonic cleaner for agitation in the solvent tanks. 

Another noteworthy feature of this tool is a CO fire depressant system that encompasses the entire unit. The CW-2000 was designed to reduce footprint, improve productivity by combining chemical delivery, exhaust and heaters into a single system.
