Olympus BX40F-3 Microscope w/ 5 Objectives & PlanApo100UV MDPlan150 Lab

This Olympus BX40F-3 Microscope was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

The unit is in reasonable used cosmetic condition but it does have various marks, scratches and signs of general use. The lamp adjustment slider is snapped off but it can still be operated if you put something thin in the hole(ie small flat screwdriver). Please let us know if this is a major problem for you - we may be able to complete a repair or source a replacement.

The microscope has been tested using one of our slides and it appears to work well with all fitted objectives.

The system consists of:

1 x Olympus BX40F-3 Microscope body.

1 x Olympus U-RLA Reflected Light Vertical Illuminator.

1 x Olympus U-SVRS Mechanical Stage.

1 x Olympus U-AC Brightfield Condensor.

1 x Olympus U-TRU Side Camera Port.

1 x Olympus U-TR30 Trinocular Head.

1 x Olympus U-TVO.5XC-2 Camera Adapter.

1 x Olympus U-SPT Phototube fitted with 1 x Olympus Japan PE 3.3X 125 Objective.

1 x Olympus U-PMTVC Camera Adapter.

1 x Olympus U-LS30-4 Lamp (new bulb fitted).

1 x Vantage Camera.

1 x Q Imaging QICam UV Fast Camera.

Both cameras are untested.
