We have a technician who refurbishes our bonders for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to bring the machine up to factory specs.

This is a "High Frequency" machine, which means the ultrasonics operate at a higher scrub frequency, so that it can make bonds at lower temperatures.
