This Orthodyne 20R Ultrasonic Ribbon Wire Bonder looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. It features a Nikon SMZ-1 Stereo Zoom Microscope (0.7X to 3.0X) and a pair of Nikon 15X/14 Eyepieces. We are selling this bonder in working condition. We have a technician who refurbishes these for us, but it could take three months to getting it fully functional (parts take 12 weeks from Orthodyne). We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to the 48 contiguous US States only. If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is. We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
