SEMITOOL Storm III is a box washer that is designed to clean handling fixtures and carriers with aqueous-based solutions. It has a chamber dimensions of 66"x60"x48" and a maximum load capacity of 1,500 lbs. to handle multiple parts of different sizes in one run.

This box washer features a flexible and intuitive programmable control system allowing the user to easily adjust wash cycles and parameters.

The cycle parameters are determined by the user during the program setup and can be applied to any combination of part size and complexity.

SEMITOOL STORMIII box washer is equipped with a wide selection of pumps and tanks to meet specific needs and provide maximum flexibility. It has a variety of heating elements, from standard immersion heaters to condensate-free medium voltage (MV) induction heating systems, to ensure even temperatures and shorter cycle times.

Storm III box washer also features a flip lid, or top covering the open chamber during the operation.

This lid is designed for easy access for setup, loading and unloading without having to open the chamber and risking contamination.

This feature also enables the atmosphere inside the chamber to be controlled, allowing the user to add steam, vapor, or oxygen to the wash solution if necessary.

This box washer is outfitted with probes to measure the temperature and flow rate to ensure the process is running smoothly.

An integrated DataLoggerTM system documents the performance parameters of each cycle with 4 high-resolution touch-screen monitors that display the collected data and images.
