West-Bond 7372E Epoxy/Eutectic Die Bonder, Inert Gas Mirrored Workholder

This West-Bond 7372E Convertible Epoxy / Eutectic Die Bonder looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear.

The machine is currently set up for Epoxy Die Bonding (7200E Version 2.60), but includes the parts for converting it to Eutectic Bonding (7316E).

It comes as shown with a Nikon SMZ660 StereoZoom Microscope, C-W10xA/22 Eyepieces, a Luxuray II Illuminator, a Heated Work Holder with built-in Gas Blanket, Waffle-Pack and Die Mirror Presentation, a K~1200D Digital Temperature Controller, and a K~Sine K~1310 Inert Gas Flow Controller and Delivery Nozzle.

Consumables (tips, syringes, epoxy, etc.) are not included.
