GE Sievers TOC 900 LAB Analyser

The instrument is operational but currently displays "Warning 19/20" (Acid/Oxidizer Warning) due to expired reagents (reagents are 4 years old). A routine maintenance service and reagent replacement are required.

Required Cartridges to clear the warnings:

Reagent Pack 15% Ammonium Persulphate (150ml) for Sievers 800/900 range.

Reagent Pack 6M Phosphoric Acid (300ml) for Sievers 800/900 range.

Note on Reagents: You can replace the entire cartridges or, if you have experience, refill the existing containers with fresh 15% Ammonium Persulphate and 6M Phosphoric Acid (bulk reagents are significantly cheaper).

There is visible crystallization buildup (salt-like residue) on the reagent valves located on top of the syringe pumps. This is typical for units that have been stored with reagents inside.

The glass syringes themselves appear clean and in good visual condition. The valves may require cleaning or replacement (seal kit) as part of the necessary maintenance service mentioned above (Valves: Takasago MTV-3-1/4UKGL-2)

According to the manufacturer's manual, this typically requires cleaning with DI water and re-tightening, though some seals or valves might require replacement during routine maintenance.
