2012 Vitrox V510XL Automated Optical Inspection System

The Vitrox V510XL is an automated optical inspection system used for high-speed visual inspection of printed circuit board assemblies. It is designed to help manufacturers detect assembly defects after SMT placement and soldering, supporting quality control, process verification, and production yield improvement.

This system is used to inspect PCBAs for issues such as missing components, incorrect components, polarity errors, skewed or misaligned parts, solder defects, bridging, insufficient solder, lifted leads, and other visible assembly-level defects.
