2007 Takaya APT-9401SL Flying Probe Test System

The Takaya APT-9401SL is a flying probe test platform used for electrical testing of printed circuit boards without the need for dedicated bed-of-nails fixtures. It is well suited for prototype, low-volume, high-mix, and engineering validation environments where fixtureless test capability, fast changeover, and flexible PCB coverage are important.

This system is designed to help manufacturers identify issues such as opens, shorts, component defects, incorrect values, polarity errors, and other assembly-level faults during PCB production or debug.
