This West-bond 7416A Manual Thermocompression Wedge Wire Bonder (s/n 1125_) looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.

We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition

It comes with a Stereo Zoom Microscope, and a Heated Workholder with Temperature Controller, as shown (the microscope, and workholder/controller shown in the photos above are not necessarily the exact ones you will receive; they are shown merely to represent what a complete system will look like).
