We offer a SCHMID DES-PremiumLine from inlet to outlet. Included is the complete DES-PremiumLine build of 14 individual modules, piping, wastewater buffer, pumps, valves, sensory, control cabinet, PC and spare parts. There are two wastewater buffer, one for the development/stripping modules and one for the etching modules.

Other InformationThe development part consists of an input module followed by two development modules and a cascade-rinse module with 4 cascades (Moduls 1-4). The development modules were operated with sodium carbonate. The first developer is equipped with an oscillation unit. The effective length for both developers is 0.75 m.

The etching part consists of an inspection module following the etcher, post-etcher and a 4 cascade-rinse module (Moduls 5-8). The etching modules were operated with copper (II)-chloride with hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The etcher is equipped with an oscillation unit. The effective length for both etchers is 1.3 m. The stripping part consists of an inspection module, stripping module, post-stripping module, an 4 cascade-rinse module, dryer and outlet. The stripping modules were operated with potassium hydroxide. The effective length for both etchers is 1.25 m.
