TESTING PERFORMED

The following observations were made during inspection:

Instrument powered on successfully.

Green power indicator illuminated.

ULM opening mechanism operated.

Universal Liquid Module successfully removed and reinstalled.

Interior docking area and accessible optical components photographed.

Video recorded demonstrating the opening mechanism and module removal.

KNOWN ISSUE: The left-side OPEN button produces an audible beep but does not open that section. The cause has not been determined.

No sample analysis or complete operational testing has been performed.

Laser operation, software communication, calibration, measurement accuracy, and full analytical functionality have not been verified.

PHYSICAL CONDITION

Pre-owned laboratory equipment with cosmetic wear consistent with prior use, handling, and storage.

Photographs show the actual instrument, ULM, accessible internal areas, identification labels, and physical condition.

The historical service inspection sticker is photographed for reference. No current calibration or certification is included.
